AXIS P1486-LE Global Shutter Camera

Combining global shutter technology with fixed or pulsed built-in infrared (IR) light, the AXIS P1486-LE delivers clear and distortion-free images of fast-moving objects even in completely dark environments. Built on the ARTPEC-9 chip and featuring a light-sensitive 1/1.8-inch sensor, this camera provides excellent image quality and forensic-ready data at up to 60 fps in 3 MP resolution, and up to 270 fps at lower resolutions. Scene profiles make it easy to optimize image quality by selecting the most suitable settings for your environment. Additionally, OptimizedIR technology enables surveillance up to 80 meters (262 feet) in completely dark environments. Furthermore, thanks to the synchronization output connector, you can connect a third-party flash illuminator to the system via cable.

Suitable for outdoor use, this robust and impact-resistant camera is equipped with a 10-40 mm telephoto lens offering a 44°–11° horizontal field of view for remote surveillance. Thanks to electronic image stabilization, the camera delivers smooth videos even when subjected to vibration. It can withstand extreme temperatures between -40°C and 60°C and wind speeds up to 60 m/s (134 mph). Ideal for remote locations, the device is easy to install, maintain, and operate; for example, it can be powered by both DC and PoE (Power over Ethernet) to ensure power redundancy.
