Operator and scope
GüvenlikOnline is operated and controlled for data-protection purposes by CS OTOMASYON SİSTEMLERİ TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Address: Aydınevler Mahallesi, Öncel Sokak, No: 1-13A, Maltepe / İstanbul 34854. General contact: info@csotomasyon.net; phone: +90 216 313 86 58. Data-protection requests: info@guvenlikonline.com. This policy covers visits, company submissions, central quote requests and authorized accounts.
The activity-specific KVKK Notice explains the data, purposes, legal grounds and recipient groups. Submitting a form is not marketing permission.
Information collected and used
A quote request includes organization and contact name, email, phone, project title and free-text details, location, sector, project type, scale and timeline, and related product/company context. The source page, language, IP address and browser information are recorded. The interface does not separately ask for a budget range or needs list.
A company submission includes corporate identity, website or phone, optional corporate email, location, roles and description, plus the applicant's name and email. A time-limited token hash and keyed IP hash support verification and abuse prevention. Approved corporate details may be published; the applicant's personal contact details are not published merely because an application was made.
Search, security and authorized-account activity may create technical records. Do not enter sensitive or unnecessary personal data in free-text fields. A corporate-looking contact field may still contain personal data.
Access and service providers
Only ADMIN and SUPERADMIN can access quote records inside the platform. Company representatives cannot access them through the portal or API; requests are not automatically forwarded to companies. Authorized administrators review company applications.
Railway hosts the application and PostgreSQL, Cloudflare/R2 provides network, security and media services, and verification/notification mail uses our own cPanel SMTP infrastructure. Umami Cloud and Google measurement are separate flows only when enabled. Technical access and potential international transfers require the relevant contracts and a valid KVKK Article 9 basis; EU hosting alone does not establish one.
Measurement and browser choices
Session/preference storage, optional Google analytics, cookieless Umami page measurement and first-party sponsor counters are distinct. When enabled, Umami may measure public content paths, safe campaign parameters and traffic sources; email addresses, phone numbers, private account URLs and free-text search queries are filtered from its payload. Cookieless processing is not automatically outside data-protection or transfer rules.
Google Consent Mode v2 manages analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization separately. Google measurement and Advanced Mode are gated by configuration; rejection, customization and withdrawal are described in the Cookie and Browser Storage Policy.
Retention, security and rights
The current system does not automatically erase quote or company submissions after a fixed period. Data is retained while its purpose or a specific legal retention or rights-claim ground still applies. Once all processing grounds cease, it must be erased, destroyed or anonymized under applicable law, either on our initiative or upon request. An erasure request is assessed against any continuing legal retention ground; a valid request does not have to wait for an internal target period.
