Essential session and preference storage

Authorized users have a go_auth_token HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax session cookie, Secure in production, for up to seven days. The go_privacy_consent_v4 choice stores its version, four choices and timestamp in a first-party cookie and, where available, localStorage for up to 180 days. Expiry does not erase database records.

With permitted measurement, go_browser_session_attribution and content-view:* values may be stored in sessionStorage for the session. Historical v2/v3 choice keys do not count as current permission and are cleared during optional-storage cleanup.

Google, Umami and sponsor measurement

If GA4/GTM is activated, Google services may set additional cookies. The four Consent Mode v2 signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) are separate choices. Google measurement also requires its activation conditions; when permission is denied, the signals remain 'denied'. Cookieless Advanced Mode signals can be sent only if that mode is activated separately; it is off by default. Actual third-party cookies depend on configuration.

If activated, Umami Cloud measures pageviews on the real domain without cookies, using safe public paths, titles, referrers and campaign parameters. It is technically independent of the cookie choice; rejecting or withdrawing in the cookie panel does not technically stop Umami. Being cookieless does not remove KVKK processing or transfer requirements. First-party sponsor impression/click counters are distinct from Google/Umami page analytics and apply eligibility and repeat checks.

Choice and withdrawal

Optional Google categories start off. You can reject, accept or customize each purpose, and change or withdraw your choices later via Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing Google analytics permission sets `analytics_storage` to `denied`, stops later consent-based Google events and clears optional local measurement values. If activated separately in the future, cookieless Advanced Mode signals and Umami measurement independent of cookie choices may continue; earlier processing is not erased retroactively.

This table lists browser records created by the application. Conditional records appear only after the relevant action, such as sign-in or consent-based Google measurement. Umami Cloud is a separate cookieless page-measurement service; even when enabled, it adds no browser cookie or storage record. Its measurement and data transfer are described in the policy above.
